  It is not possible to honor every request, though we will make best efforts. Priority to requests that affect all or most of a team. We cannot offset for other sports or individual coach conflicts.  
  
  
• Team Strength Census 
  We want to know if anything has changed with your team, and what experience your team has (especially valuable if you are a NEW team). 
  
  
• Coaching Schedule Offset 
  If you coach two teams, please submit this form - it declares your two teams to help SFYS compare and attempt to offset your schedule as best possible! Make sure you have asst. or guest coach available because it is impossible to accommodate all.
