The SFYS mission is to support youth soccer and leadership through sport. Here we have some suggestions for you to promote leadership within your team and with your players.

Second level - Formations.
- All U13 and up competitive teams will play 11v11. 11v11 Soccer is the "real game" - the game you will play in High School and College.
- The 11v11 portion of SFYS at Home will challenge players to keep working on their skills.
